If you really mean MSDA (Microsoft Data Access stuff, that is the set of
OLEDB, ADO and ODBC COM components) you can down this freely (now at
version 2.1.2.4202.3 with 2,5 available as a beta)from
http://www.microsoft.com/data along with the SDK's and testing tools. If
you actually mean MSDE like the subject then you have me stumped...
