Normally from www.microsoft.com/data, but you NEED to provide
a product ID for either Visual Studio enterprise edition, or
Office 2K developer ed.
It is also included on O2K dev. ed CD, new releases of VS6 ent., and
MSSQL 7 I think.
Freely available is definatly a relative term.
