I worked on an existing app last year that had a line that essentially set
the printer to printers.itemindex (or similar) with the comment that it was
to fix the D3 printer bug.
I never compiled it with D3 - but can probably dig out the code if you want.

Anyone else had any problems like this and used the above component to
sucessfully fix them?
