Hi,
Ive installed Delphi 4 under windows NT 4 Workstation as
administrator, but when I create a local account and log in and load Delphi,
all the components in the palette are gone and the only one is the mouse
pointer? I've checked permissions on \program files\borland and all
users have full control and I've checked environment variables, but to no
avail.
Any suggestions would be good?
