This is one of the problems I find with installing under the Administrator
account, Delphi stores everything under HKEY_CURRENT_USER, so the moment
you login as yourself and try running delphi, bang.... HKEY_CURRENT_USER
points elsewhere... you could export the registry settings for Delphi
from the admin account and import them as yourself..... That should solve
the problem.
