I wouldn't recommend leaving queries open, I've done it and then deployed an
app which has errored on the client's machine cause it's trying to find the
database via the path on my development machine (because of a Query left
open during the build).

Sorry this doesn't answer your question, if you know this already then
ignore it but otherwise I reckon it's good advice.

Why do you open them?
