Low in the immediate future. The problem is that the expert as it exists
is very tightly tied into our library structure, and knows way too much
about about our private database engine and IBObjects, and nothing at all
about the BDE (as we don't use the BDE at all 8-).

Creating such an expert is not a big problem and could be replicated with
BDE and ADO specific knoweldge in a day or so. We are currently talking
about open sourcing lots of our utility code (like the fields editor) and
I'll add the database expert onto the the list of things that we could
make available.
