Try
Undocumented BDE settings...
mem size = .75 * (AvailableRam - 16) with a max 0f 205
and
SharedMemSize = .25 * (AvailableRam - 16Mb) with a max of 64K and note that
this setting rolls around so 65K actually = 1K
