Somewhat off topic but this brings up something that bugs me a lot - I have
found that you can write a COM object that kills a IIs server completely
(requiring at least a reboot to recover). 

How do commercial web hosting services (ISPs/2day.com etc) run IIS when any
of the clients could accidentally (or on purpose!) shut down a machine that
might have dozens of other sites running on it? 

Deploying ASP/COM apps without using IIs gets a bit tricky as well...
