Hi.  Can't really explain this, except to say that it happens to all Delphi
apps, including Delphi itself, and happens on WinNT 4.0 as well.    I think
the problem happens to D3 & D4 apps too.  There was some discussion on the
webhub list some months ago.  Last I heard Michael Ax was looking at some
code to fix this ... not quite sure how he got on.  Michael, are you there
yet???

It is not a Win2K specific problem!  IMHO a few K when opening a form on a
client machine does not really matter.  A few K on a server machine is a
disaster!  -  though you'd not normally open and close forms on the server.
