I guess I should have been using oncreate instead of formactivate, not an
issue until you want modeless forms

It forms a good application backbone, with a basic menu/user security system
ready to use for the next project. It's also very easy to use, sure, you
only do one thing at a time with it but it's very structured and you can
force users to finish stuff, not leaving Queries etc open while they "click
off" on other exercises.

I use Datamodules and some common functions/procedures but these are in
separate units.
