It sounds like the debugger is not registered. What you can do is find the
DLL and run RegSvr32 on it, I think that fix's it.
I think from memory I had this when trying to install D4 on Windows 2000
Beta 2.
A re-install of D5 should fix it, keep a copy of the important registry
keys so you can simply restore the machine to the state it was in previously
(like installed packages etc)

I have had this problem for some time and even now (on another machine and
now on my main development machine. sh*t) with the 5.01 patch it is still
there. I have no idea how to fix it other than to build the project inside
the IDE and then run it via a shortcut. Not pleasant!!!!
The error is "Debugger Kernel BORDBK50.DLL not registered". I am using D5
Ent on NT4WKS SP4. ANY ideas pointers, FAQ's suggestions extremely
welcome.....
