[DUG]: Delphi and Palm Pilot Development

HI all. I just purchased a Palm Pilot, and knowing that you can write your own wee apps etc. for them, I wondered if there was anything out there for delphi that will allow you to create Palm apps. ? I know there are SDK's and there is a product called Code Warrior, but thats $699 dealer price !!! If anyone has any ifo, can they let me know ?
