OK.
1. am unable to lower acceleration below 60Hz
2. already have the latest (and best?) driver
3. what is direct x5 and where do I get it (if I don't already have it)?
4. are the any Delphi-side fixes that I can apply.  eg if I don't use
components on the Internet or ActiveX pages, is there any point in removing
these from the desktop?
