[DUG]: D5.0 IDE irritation

When I am working in the code editor, Delphi decides to help me by opening a 
new window with the suffix ":2", ":3" and so on, randomly. 

Has this issue been rectified by the update patch - I don't think this patch 
has been applied at this site yet.
