In D5 it's an option in the Environment (or Project?) options (From memory of
using the D5 Trial).
In previous versions of Delphi you can't stop it...
As an aside - I heard someone mention once that the Delphi IDE accepts some
command line parameters and that once of the undocumented parameters stops
the loading of of a project (last project or New project) when the IDE is started....
Does anyone know the parameter or documentation of the parameters (I'm using
D4 Update 3)...
