You can create a batch file that sends makes the correct project open up
I.E create a batch or shortcut with

<delphidir>\bin\delphi32 <projectname>

This will load Delphi with the project you give it.

Unfortunately (Un???) it's not that... ;)

It's that we have some very big projects... I often have to load one of the
other
Projects than the last loaded... It would be quicker if the IDE just booted
to
a 'no-project' state (MRU list usually contains the project I actually want
you see)...

Sigh...
