Nope. Administrators can only see who is logged in, and (at least in Win2K)
it is not HKEY_USERS\username, instead it is
HKEY_USERS\big_long_horrid_identifier. I am sure that we eould be able to
get big_long_horrid_identifier from somewhere but it is just another piece
in the puzzle.
