Hi people!
Anyone done MPEG/AVI type video playback with Delphi, specificially getting
an mpeg/avi, and playing it back track by track, while applying
filters/image manipulation on EACH frame.......
ie:
decode frame to buffer
play with buffer
display buffer
repeat.
A little more complex than just throwing an AVI onto the screen :)
