There is a .REG file that, if you double click it (i.e., run it) then you
will re-register Delphi. We have this problem all the time (up to every time
we log on) at Massey and this is a quick fix that resolves the problem. As
I am not a Massey right no I cannot tell you the name of the .REG file but
it is in one of the Delphi directories. If you get the wrong one I do not
believe that you will do any harm.

A student here has lost the main Delphi control panel (the one with menu &
palettes). The editor and Object inspector appear OK, but nothing else. I
think I've seen this before and it had something to do with a registry
