It hasn't - not even close. Its just, FOR ME, it has - I dont do anything
new in Delphi unless its a small app that is not feasable to write as a
web-app. Or maintaining old code. Or training people in using Delphi :)
But I dont write Java GUI apps. :)
Delphi aint dead - just doesn't get run that oftern on my laptop.

I use one for 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week - its called JBuilder 4.0, and
its 100% pure java. The IDE beats the pants off Delphi - I _wish_ the guys
in the US would do a little cross-polenation....
Also, Together-J, which is possibly the best UML tool around (others will
disagree, but I _dont_ like Rose) is 100% pure java. How many websites do
you use that are written using Java? Lots.
