I think that Rational Rose is horrifically expensive for what you get!
It used to be my standard example demonstrating that methodology vendors
struggle to create decent software. I will grant that with the passing
years it has become more stable, more useable, and less prone to
GPF'ing!

Rational do not support Delphi out of the box, so I believe that you
will land up buying third party tools. So factor the cost of these into
your calculations.

There are other UML tools that do work with Delphi. I would take the
time out to examine their capabilities before settling on Rose.

I must qualify these comments - my experience with Rose ends at Rose 98.
Rose 2000 may be the answer to every developers dream! I doubt it,
however. Any other comments, Anyone?
