QuantumExpressGrid is fairly sophisticated and supports multiline records. It also supports all sorts of grouping, filtering, sorting and summarising features (most of which I don't use). You also get a powerful treeview component and non databound versions of both. However it is moderately expensive, has a steepish learning curve (but with fairly good help) and each record must be the same height (ie you can say every record is 3 lines high but you can't say this record is 5 lines and this record is 2 lines).   Go to www.devexpress.com to read more.   HTH, David Brennan.
