I can't speak for my peers, but personally I've adopted the iterative HATHA
methodology, more commonly known as "hack and then hack again". Depending on
the quality of "H" it can be RAD or it can be SAD. <g>
More seriously, is anyone on this list using PSP (Personal Software
Process)?
Also, how many are using prototyping as a regular part of their process?
And, if so, is it throwaway prototyping or is it the basis of the build?
