There used to be an option that made the debugger stop at the first line of
source with debug info on in D3. I cant find where it is in D5.
Another thing, again in D3 is that the IDE could not cope with all symbols -
I routinely had to disable debugging in most units and sometimes even
shuffle the uses clauses to get it working. I havent hit this in D5 yet.
