Because its always done that! This was available in Delphi 4 if you enabled
the CPU window, and its always been a standard key press in Delphi 5 from
beta days. Not a huge problem though, you just hit F9 and continue on going.

Actually a useful option sometimes, as you want to interrupt your
application and find out where you are.
