I'm not sure I understood the printer unit part - I was referring to the
problem about getting the CPU window when you press F12 during an integrated
debugging session in Delphi

You could change this to something else like 0x71 (F2 key) or something like
that. The default I think is F12.

I think that option (Just in time debugger) is for COM distributed
debugging, and wouldn't affect your regular debugging with forms etc.
