I have a strange problem, when ever I get quite a few concurrent hits on my
ISAPI I get "Internal Server Error: IO Error 32" coming back and its really
annoying me.
I implemented cacheing of files I was opening and using so as to not get
these messages, yet still I'm getting them, is it possible its IIS itself
thats causing these errors and not my ISAPI?
