Yes, I've used UNC referencing on the client machine, and actual directory referencing on the server machine. I've read TI437D.txt but it says to set LOCAL SHARE to true (presumably only on the server machine???) but this is where the problem starts with the .NET file. the error talks about the PDOXUSRS.LCK file being the culprit.
