Take a  look at www.matlus.com - HPPT uploads require some software at the host end to 
do the
receiving. Shiv Kumar (who put up the site at matlus.com) has provided ISAPI code to 
handle it all.
Quite mature code as it has gone through a few iterations with contributions from 
others over time.
