Not in detail, no. When we have a generally-working third-party component set (like IMS), we tend to stick with it rather than look at Borland's latest add-ons, because the latter tends to be subject to a lot of change between versions <g>. > If not, there is an example (in Delphi 6) in Delphi\Demos\Indy\HTTPClient > using the Indy TIdHTTP component which might be relevant. Thanks, I had a quick peek, but can't find any upload-related logic. That said, a colleague on the WebHub forum has provided the general HTTP-post-does-upload logic I need, which should work with any HTTP componentry, including Indy. Thus, so long as the proof-of-concept works for the kind of use I have in mind for it, we should be set now. Many thanks to all who have posted on this issue. cheers, peter ============================================ Peter Hyde, SPIS Ltd & WebCentre Ltd , Christchurch, New Zealand * http://BusinessDailyReview.com - daily analysis, strategy, ideas * http://TurboNote.com - sticky notes and instant messaging * Web automation for online periodicals: http://TurboPress.com --------------------------------------------------------------------------- New Zealand Delphi Users group - Delphi List - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Website: http://www.delphi.org.nz To UnSub, send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] with body of "unsubscribe delphi" Web Archive at: http://www.mail-archive.com/delphi%40delphi.org.nz/
