We were unable to go with HTML as it's not secure. Can't have invoices which can be updated by recipients. We also wanted to produce output in Excel and protect most of it, but leave some cells for the User to enter and email back. Unfortunately the Pragnaan components were very ugly in this format, so we'll probably just write our own using OLE Automation.
