You could get the user to purchase a pdf print driver such as:

(US$19.95)


Or another way is to use a pdf component such as:

http://www.est.hi-ho.ne.jp/takeshi_kanno/powerpdf/

(free)

and somehow draw the quickreport onto the powerpdf canvas.

I have seen something similar done with wPDF and FastReport. (Both
commercial products).
