Thanks for the comments everyone. Think I can convince my client to purchase
Report Builder. Incase anyone's interested, I found a converter which
converts Quick Reports into Report Builder reports. See

We have only had problems with CSV other formats have been great.  The HTML
was particularly impressive.  Although I must admit that we haven't tested
and reports with tables.  We anticipate most users will use PDF anyway.
