Solution ! I did a search on Torrys for a transparent form component. Found one called YUSpin Transparency v.1.0 which works very mucht the same as the Alpha Blending in XP. SO, I made a new form, set its Opacity, changed teh forms color to black, no boarder, and maximized, then I use teh Jedi Login Dialog, and open the new form first, then execute the jedi login dialog....SWEET...just what I wanted.
