Hi

Not quite a Delphi question, but related. I have a GIF signature which if
printed is about 1/2 page in size. I want to reduce it for a Delphi mail
merge app. If I insert the GIF into Word as a picture, I can resize it and
the resolution if absolutely perfect, even after such a massive resize.
However, I can't use it in Word. I need it as stand-alone gif file sitting
in a directory. If I resize using any graphical editor, including Adobe
PhotoShop 5.5, it looks crap compared to the Word version. How does Word do
it???

I tried capturing the screen from the Word version, cutting out the
signature and pasting it into a graphics editor, but even then some
resolution is lost. If Word can do it so easily, why can't Photoshop?

Any tips appreciated.
