Step 1: Take a screenshot of a dialog with the icon. i.e. ALT + Print
Screen
Step 2: Open Image Editor
Step 3: New bitmap 16 * 16 (not sure of the exact size of those buttons
but can resize later)
Step 4: Ctrl + V to paste image into newly created image. Move image
around until the biHelp image is viewable
Step 5: Trim to suit.
Step 6: Save to file.
