No the quality is not good enough as the source is too small - been there, done
that ;-)

JN> Step 1: Take a screenshot of a dialog with the icon. i.e. ALT + Print
JN> Screen
JN> Step 2: Open Image Editor
JN> Step 3: New bitmap 16 * 16 (not sure of the exact size of those buttons
JN> but can resize later)
JN> Step 4: Ctrl + V to paste image into newly created image. Move image
JN> around until the biHelp image is viewable
JN> Step 5: Trim to suit.
JN> Step 6: Save to file.
