Would this apply going from Delphi 2 to 7?

First I claim that I am not a sales agent of Borland.
I got an ads sent from Borland about their price plan. I found that their
Delphi 7 Professinal Upgrade is just $479 exlude gst. That is a really good
deal, like a bargain. As that contains Delphi 7 and Kylix 3 development
licenses. As just for normal use, enterprise edition contains some
unnecessary feature. Just my feeling anyway.
