Yes done a search, and tried what they talk about.I have even added the 
user to the database on SQL server, and still no luck.
But like i said, log in as admin, then there is no problem.
I have never seen or had this issue EVER, so I might get the engineers to 
check out what here security level is and get them it increase it.
