I think it is very random. I have been getting 2nd copies of yesterdays emails today (I also just got the one Jeremy sent that initiated the MSDE discussion for the second time now!). We only use xtra for SMTP and some emails get there fast others slow. I have been getting answers to questions before I see the initial question.
Not using Xtra at all here - Paradise - but I'm getting the same behaviour : out of sequence, slow etc.
Have to say, though, that it's made the whole death of win32 thread even more entertaining ;)
This message'll probably get to the list in about 3 years when win32 has been dead for 2 years and I'll finally be acknowledged as a visionary.
