The fact that they are publishing the problem means it must be major. Our experiance with Jetstream is that they wont admit a problem but mysteriously 30mins later it fixes itself :). I know Jetstream isnt xtra but there is a rather close association.
Hmm, I think that this is a property of the internet : the speed at which things get fixed is inversely proportional to the vehemence with which they are denied.
