I have a free giveaway search too.... See
http://jbclnz.googlepages.com/delphistuff It doesn't do regular searches, but it can search folders recursively and open an editor (at the actual text location if its command line options can do that - eg I have that set up for EditPlus). Default start folder is where the program is invoked from (command line) or the "Start in" setting if shortcut. XP search is toooooo slow..... "it doesn't include files that have changed recently" The Delphi installer should really do this as a matter of course. 1. Starting Regedit 2. Goto HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.pas 3. add a subkey called PersistentHandler 4. change its default value to {5e941d80-bf96-11cd-b579-08002b30bfeb} _______________________________________________ NZ Borland Developers Group - Delphi mailing list Post: [email protected] Admin: http://delphi.org.nz/mailman/listinfo/delphi Unsubscribe: send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with Subject: unsubscribe __________ NOD32 2245 (20070506) Information __________ This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. http://www.eset.com _______________________________________________ NZ Borland Developers Group - Delphi mailing list Post: [email protected] Admin: http://delphi.org.nz/mailman/listinfo/delphi Unsubscribe: send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with Subject: unsubscribe
