You are slightly right. It started working after I typed the.pas,
opened the unit and then closed and restarted the IDE.

Is there any reason that it cant find my files. The compiler finds
them but the IDE (when I press ctrl-enter) shows the filename without
the .pas and says it could not find it. On the odd occasion, when the
dialog pops up, it cant find it either unless I append the suffix .pas.
