Oops... silly error on my part. Copied a form over, deleted some of the
components and commented out CreateParams, meaning to get back to it
later.... I commented out the inherited bit as well. :-[

first it did not like one of the properties of two components,
until Changed them to default. The same components work fine on
an existing form, even when I change their properties.
Any clues at all, what this all means
