Jolyon, If you like, send me (off list is fine) either the serial number or the email address you are registering it against. Hopefully support will respond to you soon, but I'm in our registration system as we speak, so I can check it out and see if anything obvious leaps out.
Also, if you have the actual text of the error message, that'll help.
