Ditto for ExpressQuantumGrid. The DevExpress components are in general all very powerful and pretty well written (ie good overall class architecture, there is still a lot of code though so it takes a bit of understanding if you want to create your own versions of things like we have).
If you are looking long term for a good overall component suite that can do most things for you in a consistent and very extensible manner then it is hard to go past DevExpress (apart from their ExpressBars suite which still doesn't support form/frame inheritance properly). OTOH if you are just looking for a replacement for the TopGrid then there are undoubtedly other good alternatives.
