Actually, it could have been padded out further, the Run and Run without Debugging have new icons. Plus some (not all that needed it) other icons in the system were updated ;-)
F9 works that same as it always has, on my installs anyway. Every since they removed Ctrl+O,O from the system a list of directives has been sorely missed. I'm actually writing an IDE Addin to aid in adding compiler directives to the system. That isn't definitive either, as it looks to be missing the Deploy to the Cloud wizard for deploying to Amazon EC2 servers. The lack of vcl fixes and enhancements in this release is a worry.
