Off the top of my head...

If these are documents your receiving as attachments and not something your
creating yourself (ie using some report writer), then I would think its
easiest (although not the cheapest) to just install a copy Acrobat Writer on
the machine and have your application print to the Acrobat printer. If your
looking to distribute this to multiple machines you would need a separate
license for each. Alternatively you could take the attachment and embed it
inside of your own print document using something like ReportBuilder
(www.Digital-Metaphors.com). There are add-ons for ReportBuilder that will
generate PDF output but while it works 99% of the time I have experiences
formatting issues.

Perhaps others know of some easier ways.
