I wrote a function to set double-buffered anything on the glass that supports the double-buffered property (WinControls)... just a few lines of code... coulda/shoulda been built into TForm.
After that, some things drew correctly. But not labels... but it turns out setting double-buffered on the FORM itself, made the labels draw correctly. So thank you for that. But there are a great many controls that still do not draw correctly, even a couple of double-buffered ones. TMemo has artifacts, particularly if you up the font size. Even the edits have incorrect slight artifacts on the borders. Some of the more bizarre controls like TrackBar certainly don't work. Don't do this unless you have already set DoubleBuffered to true for the form and the controls and the controls still don't paint correctly. Using glass, must use DoubleBuffered. _______________________________________________ Delphi mailing list -> [email protected] http://www.elists.org/mailman/listinfo/delphi _______________________________________________ Delphi mailing list -> [email protected] http://www.elists.org/mailman/listinfo/delphi
